To place an abstract or closing order, click the link above, fill out the required information and click the submit button at the bottom of the form. If you prefer, you are welcome to complete a printed order form and fax the order to us at 1-888-809-0612 or bring it by in person to our office at 215 West Shawnee Street, Tahlequah, Ok 74464, just one block north of the Cherokee County Courthouse. We will call or email you within one business day to confirm receipt of your order. You may also request to have the order form in digital format, please contact us and we will email you a PDF or a fillable MS Word Forms.
