Our title plant is stat of the are computer data storage and indexing system. The plant generates data retrieval and printing for our experienced abstractors to review and finalize the abstracts. Green Country Abstract and Title Co., LLC utilizes halFile™ Tiitle Plant Manager.
The Closing Department uses Softpro®, real estate closing, title, escrow and trust accounting software. We are an Issuing Agency for Ole Republic National Title Insurance Company and Fidelity National Insurance Company.
